  • Megan and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping us sell our condo and purchase our brand new home in Sepatember 2012. We never thought we would be able to get out from under our condo because of the fact we purchased it as an ADU and because of the economy, ADU sales were down. You took it upon yourself to learn all the ins and outs about ADU’s and discovered we could sell it on the open market after a waiting period. As a result, we were able to sell our condo and make a great profit.

    Selling our condo was only half the battle. Megan and I knew exactly what we wanted and also knew we were on a budget. You helped us find the perfect townhouse with everything we wanted and it was brand new construction. Not only did it have everything we wanted, but it was right in our price range, even after a bunch of upgrades.

    You put us at ease by coming to all of our appointments along the way and explaining what was going on. You arranged to have the closing of our condo and our new townhouse take place at the same location within an hour of each other. The knowledge and experience you shared with us during this process helped to build our perfect home and save us money too.

    Megan and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us find a townhouse that we will turn into a home.

  • The Yahner Group has a fabulous concierge service and Debbie (aka “The Mint on the Pillow”) gathered bids, coordinated painting, carpeting, landscaping, inspections, repairs, etc. All I had to do was review bids via email. Best of all, I never laid out a dime – it was all paid out of the settlement funds. The work was finished on a Friday, the open house was Sunday, and I had a pile of bids to choose from on Monday morning! My contract with Nancy Yahner to accepted bid was about TWO WEEKS.
